"What, if anything, would you change about this app?""Almost everything. The navigation is missing, the information is scattered, and I didn't know where to go. It needs a complete rethink from the ground up."
"The structure needs to change. Everything is in one long page with no way to quickly find what you need. It should be organized into clear sections like the other one."
"I would change a lot — the design is overwhelming and unattractive. Too much all at once. It needs to be simplified. The vehicle status alone is in five different places."
New Prototype
"What, if anything, would you change about this app?""I don't think I'd change anything — I liked it exactly as it showed up. The new prototype was clean and I felt comfortable using it right away."
"Maybe better accessibility features for users with different needs. But the layout is already really good — the ease of use is already there. I'd just polish the edges."
"There's really nothing I would change. All the elements are good. The app is good. I'm at a loss for what I'd improve — it's all there."
Prior Experience
"What, if anything, does each prototype do better than the other?""I can't think of anything the old prototype does better. It was overwhelming and unattractive. There's a lot of information all at once — you can't tell what the actual situation truly is."
"There was a lot going on in the old one. Once I pressed through all the screens it was out of order — nothing flowed. The new one clearly shows what I need. The old one tried to do too much at once."
"The current version doesn't feel made for a car app. There's no intuitive flow, no clear navigation. I kept scrolling up and down not finding what I needed. The information is all out and clumped together."
New Prototype
"What, if anything, does each prototype do better than the other?""This one does everything better. More engaging, more attractive, more intuitive. The dashboard immediately makes sense. There's nothing the old one does better — this wins on every level."
"I much prefer this prototype. All of the information fits the screen better — easier to read, everything is there. It's a lot more organized and I'd be inclined to stick with it and actually use it every day."
"The new one clearly shows what I need to use the app daily. It's organized around what matters. I know exactly where to go and what to do — I don't have to think about it."
